What is Groove?

Groove is a simple, creative, and fun interactive group dance experience.

Participate through Zoom, 1-1 or group  classes and live classes.

No previous dance experience needed as there aren’t any complicated moves to keep up with!

This class is all about being authentic to who you are, and nourishing yourself in your own playful movement, just having fun and connecting with others.

Embodied yoga testimonial taken at Champney’s which includes breath work, touch, stretching and meditation in a warm and cozy setting that helps all of the senses.

Groove gives you permission to do this in a safe environment to really get your groove on!

Unlike many other dance classes, in Groove you can’t get it wrong! As a facilitator I will encourage you to be you, in creative self-expression. The power of the music will help establish a connection between us all and help to shift emotions too. We use the breath, dance and music to motivate.

The different genres of music provide something for everyone, as well as a personal stretch, stillness and wake-up tracks at the end of the class.

We connect in unity to each other and the music. Most of all having fun in our bodies.

From all walks of life, any age, any gender, bringing your own style and culture, so you can get lost in the music and groove together with like-minded people.

This is an interactive/Connective class that brings Fun, unity and expression into your movement, with empowering thoughts and positive words which then become reality.
